Typographical Errors

Order Acceptance Policy

Phrenic Advancement reserves the right to decline any offer or order for any reason.  All offers and orders may be subject to verification and/or pre-approval with an accepted method of payment.  Purchase orders are subject to credit verification.  Orders paid for by money order or check may be subject to verification of funds before items are shipped or services are rendered.  Order confirmation does not constitute order acceptance or an offer to sell.

Warranty Return Policy

Services are not warranted. Products and product components are covered first by the manufacturer's warranty.  Phrenic Advancement's limited 90 day warranty against defects may also apply.  Under Phrenic Advancement's 90 day warranty, Phrenic advancement will, at our discretion, replace, repair, or provide refund for any product or part containing manufacturing defects.  After 90 days, direct manufacturer's warranties are the only applicable warranty and may vary on terms and conditions (see individual component specifications).  Phrenic Advancement will provide assistance in obtaining information relating to manufacturer warranties. Any returns covered under Phrenic Advancement's 90 day warranty period require a pre-approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) obtained from Phrenic Advancement by calling 866-747-3642 or by emailing phrenicsupport@phrenicadvancement.com.
